Required Refund Policy:
The Seller is responsible for reimbursing the Buyer in full, including the listing fees and marketing fees paid to Country-Adventures, if the Seller breaches the agreement between itself and the Buyer by failing to provide the item or failing to conduct the event or activity that was listed on the Web site, absent written agreement with the Buyer to the contrary. Failure to provide a full refund to the Buyer arising from the breach of the obligation to provide goods or services is strictly prohibited and may result in the loss of future selling privileges.
The above Required Refund Policy has been established by Country-Adventures and is applicable only to when the SELLER does not provide the item listed or perform the event or activity listed. The Seller can establish his/her own refund policy in regard to the BUYER'S performance; or utilize one of the three suggested refund policies provided within the Listing Form.
