This is your chance at exclusive hunting rights for 3 separate locations that my family has farmed, and seen trophy deer on, for generations. Be sure to view our other listings to select the hunt location and dates of your choice.
This location allows ATV access and you may harvest as many deer as the number of legal permits you carry. There are plenty of rustic camping spots if you choose not to utilize all of the anemities (hotels, entertainment and an array of cuisine) of nearby Gothenburg. You may also hunt coyotes on any of these locations (out-of-state hunters need a small game permit). You are expected to bring all hunting equipment including; guns, bows, guides (if wanted) ammo, blinds, camping equipment, food, beverages, coolers, clothing and any other equipment you may need or want. All hunters are expected to be aware of, and follow, all Nebraska hunting regulations.
You will be required to show your Country-Adventures Activity Pass/receipt upon arrival, and we require you to a sign a lease (short term/limited game) and a waiver of liability.

Location 3.
You've been in the stand for hours. You have already passed on coyotes that wandered too close and a pair of does without a care in the world, but you came for something else. Something bigger. Everybody loves to set up on a river-bottom, especially one crawling with trophy bucks! In Nebraska, water is life. Good water means good life, and good life means great hunting! This is 280 acres of corn ground (corn fed deer) and all abutting Platte River accretion-(wooded river bottom). Bring your portable tree stands or just stay more mobile. The deer runs are easy to spot and crouch near. Perfect for bringing that son or daughter that might not be able to "hoof it" while on a stalk hunt, but can do fine on the ground or in a tree.
This location is not available rifle season.

An option that is available in another listing from this Seller is the rental of an RV to provide you with what might be much appreciated refuge during the day. This 29 foot unit will provide you with lights, heat and shelter during your hunt. And, if you opt to forego the comforts of running water (not available), it does have three sleeping options that will accommodate a total of 5 individuals.
THIS LISTING IS FOR: Location #3 - $500 per group, up to 5 hunters total, on dates listed, including rustic outdoor camping and coyote hunting rights.
