     Cross J Ranch, a working cattle ranch, is owned and operated by Randy and Greta Stewart, who would love to have you join them for an outdoor adventure! Located 23 miles Northwest of O'Neill, Nebraska, the Cross J is a five-generation, family ranch, homesteaded in the 1800s. It is comprised of rolling hills, meadows, established shelter belts, naturally wooded canyons and native grass prairie. Six man-made ponds scattered throughout the ranch, along with natural springs and streams, create lush habitat for wildlife and abundant fishing for guests!

     Hunting is done from hay-bale blinds provided by Cross J Ranch, offering you one of the most comfortable, safest ways to hunt.  Now, what are we hunting?  How about white-tail and mule deer ranging from does to 160 point class bucks! 

     Hunters are expected to bring; appropriate clothing, including state required amounts of blaze orange, guns, ammo, binoculars, cameras, and any other gear you may need or want.  Hunter will also need to supply their breakfast and noontime meals.  What do we supply?  Lodging, evening meals, blinds, experienced  guides, help dressing your deer, and transportation to a locker plant, if you so wish. 

    House rules: No smoking, no pets, no guarantee kills. Hunters must be 16 years or older, please.

    We recommend you arrive in the late afternoon before the day your hunt begins so we can check you Adventure Pass (you can print it out at time of purchase), have you sign a liability waiver, and give you a tour of the ranch and it's facilities.
